Scope and relationship
SubStore sells or facilitates access to listed digital subscriptions and online tools in Pakistan. Each product page identifies a proposed duration, price and relevant usage rules. SubStore is an independent seller and is not automatically affiliated with, sponsored by or authorized by the brands shown. Purchase access only when the arrangement is permitted by the original provider's terms and applicable law.
Orders and availability
A submitted order is a request to purchase the selected product and plan; it is not an assurance that a third-party provider will accept or maintain access. We may seek confirmation of availability, account eligibility or payment before delivery. We should contact you if a material aspect of the plan changes and provide an appropriate cancellation or refund option where required. Listed prices are in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise; check the final payable amount and plan before confirming.
Ownership and permitted use
An account, license, seat or code may be subject to the original service provider's contract, location, household, device, age, education or other eligibility rules. You must follow those rules. Do not misuse credentials, exceed permitted simultaneous devices, re-sell access without rights, bypass licensing controls or use someone else's identity. Do not assume that a shared or VPN-assisted arrangement is allowed merely because a listing describes it.
Delivery and support
Estimated delivery is typically 5 minutes to 5 hours after order and payment confirmation, subject to availability and verification. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Standard support hours are 2 PM to 2 AM Pakistan time. Some outages and account restrictions originate with independent providers and may be beyond our control; report problems promptly and provide your order reference without sharing confidential account credentials.
Warranty and remedies
Coverage is determined by the plan-specific warranty terms shown before purchase. A replacement or reactivation may be offered where lawful and suitable. A replacement-first process does not remove any mandatory entitlement to a refund or other remedy for non-delivery, misdescription or defective access. Intellectual property and brand notices
Brand names, logos, software and program names belong to their owners. Displaying a brand does not establish an endorsement or reseller authorization. Rights holders who believe a listing misuses their intellectual property may contact [email protected] with identifying details and evidence so we can review and, where justified, modify or remove the material.
Fair use and account security
Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful content, abuse of customer support or unauthorized access. We may suspend suspicious activity while reviewing it, give reasonable notice where practical, and follow applicable consumer-protection obligations. Never send your password or verification code to a person claiming to be support without verifying the request.
Disputes and governing rules
Contact our support channel first with your order number and a description of the issue. Nothing in these terms excludes rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law in Pakistan. For complex legal questions, consult a qualified local professional.
